Job Description

TRC’s client, located near Sandy Springs, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst (Americas) to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting multi-country payroll operations across the Americas, with a strong focus on U.S. payroll compliance and processing, along with payroll support for Canada and Chile.
 
This role is with an industry-leading Supply Chain Software organization, consistently ranked as a top workplace in Atlanta.

Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate semi-monthly payroll processing using ADP Vantage

  • Manage on-cycle and off-cycle payroll runs, including error resolution and validation

  • Audit payroll registers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Conduct quarterly audits of taxable wages and payroll data integrity

  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

  • Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and wage assignments

  • Administer overtime calculations for hourly employee populations

  • Prepare payroll reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc data requests

  • Respond to external agency requests for confidential payroll information

  • Support payroll tax remittances and third-party deductions in compliance with regulations

  • Maintain awareness of federal, state, and local payroll law changes

  • Support payroll-related projects and continuous process improvements

 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a corporate environment

  • Experience supporting large employee populations (1,800+ employees)

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. wage and hour laws, including FLSA compliance

  • Experience with ADP Vantage preferred

  • Exposure to ADP Canada / TeamPay is a plus

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred

  • Understanding of equity compensation processing (RSUs, PSUs)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
