Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of georgiajobfinders.com, operated by Georgia Job Finder. They explain what we offer, what you may and may not do on the Site, the limits of our responsibility, and how disputes are handled. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
§1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using georgiajobfinders.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Georgia Job Finder (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
§2Description of the Service
Georgia Job Finder is a job-listing aggregation service. Listings are sourced from licensed job-feed partners (currently Appcast) and presented in a searchable, location-aware interface. We may also offer optional email job alerts, a personalized job feed, and recommendations from career-focused third parties.
We do not employ any of the workers listed, negotiate compensation, conduct interviews, or process employment paperwork. The Site is solely a discovery layer between job seekers and the employers who posted the listings.
§3No Employment Guarantee
The Site does not guarantee that you will be hired, contacted, or considered for any position. We make no representations regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, currency, or legitimacy of any job listing, employer, or compensation claim displayed on the Site. Listings change constantly and may be filled, withdrawn, or modified by the employer without notice.
§4Third-Party Job Content and Application Flow
When you click “Apply” on a job listing, you are redirected through our job-feed partner Appcast and then to the employer's own application experience. The application process, the data collected by the employer, and any subsequent interview, offer, or rejection are governed entirely by that employer's policies and not by these Terms.
We may also display optional, clearly labeled offers from third-party career service providers (resume tools, training programs, financial wellness, etc.). Clicking these offers redirects you to the third party's website and is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy. We may receive compensation if you complete a purchase or signup with these partners.
§5User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you submit forms or update your preferences;
- Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, harassment, or scraping;
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, automated security checks, or other protections;
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content (including job listings, design, or code) without our written permission;
- Be solely responsible for any communications, applications, or transactions you initiate with employers, training providers, or other third parties via the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or whose use poses risk to the Site, our partners, or other users.
§6Accounts, Email, and User Data
The Site does not require account creation or password-based login. Submitting your email address through any form (including the search funnel and apply intercept) creates a lead record in our database that we use to send the email content you have opted in to receive.
You may manage subscriptions, exercise CCPA rights, or delete your data at any time via our preferences page. Detailed information about how we collect, use, share, and protect your data is in our Privacy Policy.
§7Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, source code, branding, and original content are owned by Georgia Job Finder and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may view and interact with content through ordinary browser use only.
Job descriptions and listing metadata are licensed to us by Appcast and the originating employers. They are presented for personal job-search use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to train machine-learning models without permission from the rights holders.
§8Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THE AVAILABILITY OF SPECIFIC JOBS OR EMPLOYERS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
§9Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEORGIA JOB FINDER AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, EMPLOYMENT, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
§10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Georgia Job Finder, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
§11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
§12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
§13Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
