Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly financial close process for the plant, including preparation and posting of journal entries. 

• Manage the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes. 

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including detailed variance analysis against budget and prior periods. 

• Perform and review account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. 

• Partner with plant operations to provide financial insights and support business decisions. 

• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred but not required). 

• Experience in manufacturing accounting or plant finance required. 

• Strong knowledge of month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 

• Experience with account reconciliations; BlackLine experience is preferred. 

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). 

• SAP experience preferred. 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
