Field Service Coordinator
Location: Griffin, GA
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supporting all field service, warranty repair, and customer support activities. This role ensures efficient dispatching of field technicians, timely resolution of service requests, and a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, accurate scheduling, and effective service execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and support daily activities of the field service team to ensure efficient workflow, timely response, and successful completion of service and warranty repair assignments.
- Schedule and manage all field service work, including warranty repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency service calls.
- Coordinate technician dispatching based on skill set, availability, geography, and job priority to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate job scope, identify required resources, and ensure accurate understanding of customer service needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, providing timely updates, issue resolution, and follow-through to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Prepare, develop, and submit accurate service quotes and repair estimates for field service, warranty work, and additional customer-requested services.
- Track service progress and ensure all jobs are completed in alignment with customer expectations, internal standards, and contractual requirements.
