A leading automotive dealership in the western metro Atlanta area is seeking a full-time Billing Clerk to post vehicle sales for new and used car sales, issue trade payoffs, process F&I product payables, ensure paperwork is accurate, and more.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Billing Clerk: 

• Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales, ensure required paperwork is accurate, and more
• Issue trade payoffs
• Process F&I product payables 
• Process product cancellations
• Processing of KBB deals
• Monthly dealer reserve statements
• Schedule reconciliations / management
• Performance basic and routing accounting functions
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary

Requirements - Auto Dealership Billing Clerk:

• Previous accounting experience required, auto dealership experience preferred
• CDK experience is a PLUS
• Understanding of accounting principles and credits/debits
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
