Appointment Setter / Business Development Center Rep

Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. THIS IS A HIGH COMMISSION-DRIVEN ROLE. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing customers, driving growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales, B2B (business-to-business) relationships, and outside sales will be key to expanding our market presence.

Duties: 
 

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with prospects
• Conduct effective negotiations to close high-value deals, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress
• Support B2B sales efforts by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and upselling relevant products or services
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills 

 
 
Qualifications:  

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse client bases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records within CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to cold call, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships
• Strong communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and customer service expertise
