As a Wealth Strategist Market Manager within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Job Description

• Directs and oversees the Wealth Strategy function, including critical measurements of assigned market or group. Supports the overall mission and vision of the business. Coordinates/conducts acquisition, performance management, mentoring and coaching reviews of Wealth Strategists while attaining noteworthy customer experience results.
• Develops and executes strategies to ensure that the goals and objectives of the geographic area (and/or team) can be met. Monitors adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned area.
• Builds relationships and works closely with internal and external business leaders to facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients.
• Assesses the scope and resources required for various modular tax, estate and financial plans and manages the resources for efficiency.
• Serves as a subject matter authority for the assigned team and business leadership. Manages the execution of group project activities to support the ongoing strategic plans of the Wealth Strategy group.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
