TRC is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end materials flow across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a leader who enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing. This is a full-time permanent position that will sit 100% onsite at the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a direct influence on operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery. They will lead and develop a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with the opportunity to streamline workflows and implement best practices. This role is ideal for a Supply Chain Supervisor ready to step into a Manager role or a current Manager who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and wants to make a visible impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing operations
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Oversee inventory control, including tracking, cycle counting, and reconciliation
- Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and purchasing activities
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and inbound material flow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and logistics partners
- Monitor key metrics (inventory levels, delivery timelines, supplier performance)
- Maintain accurate records across transactions, POs, and inventory systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a manufacturing supply chain, logistics, or materials management role
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and supplier management
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, floor-facing leadership role
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
