About the Opportunity

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Representative to develop and expand business throughout the Phoenix, Arizona market.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on networking, building long-term client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You'll have the support of experienced leadership, comprehensive training, and a collaborative team environment while maintaining the autonomy to grow your own territory and book of business.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

  • Uncapped Commission

  • $400/month car allowance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, end users, and other key decision-makers within the commercial interiors and flooring market.

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, client outreach, referrals, industry events, cold calling, and in-person visits.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while driving territory growth and revenue generation.

  • Conduct product presentations, sampling, and client meetings to promote company offerings and secure project opportunities.

  • Manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity within Salesforce CRM.

  • Partner closely with the Dallas-based Sales Lead, Jim, particularly during onboarding and the first 90 days to ensure a successful transition into the role.

  • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams in Georgia to ensure exceptional project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Represent the organization professionally while delivering a high level of customer service and market expertise.

  • Focus on quality relationship-building and strategic business development rather than high-volume transactional sales activity.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

  • Experience in commercial flooring, commercial interiors, construction products, architecture, design, or related industries is preferred but not required.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and manage a sales territory effectively.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
