Sales Data Coordinator

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a client in Austell, GA to identify a detail-driven Sales Data Coordinator to support Sales and Call Center operations. This role is focused on improving CRM data integrity and enabling more effective inside sales and marketing execution through clean, structured, and actionable customer data.

Summary

This position is responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining CRM data related to approximately 5,000 prospective customers. The coordinator will ensure records align with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) standards, eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies, and enhance segmentation for sales and marketing campaigns. This is a highly detail-oriented role that directly supports pipeline efficiency and future revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and clean CRM records for ~5,000 prospective customers

• Compare customer data against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria

• Research and update missing or outdated contact information using online tools

• Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate CRM entries

• Tag and segment customer data to support sales and marketing initiatives

• Communicate data inconsistencies and findings to Sales and Marketing teams

• Support CRM documentation, standardization, and data governance efforts

• Assist in maintaining data integrity to improve sales pipeline accuracy

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, CRM management, sales operations, or customer service

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to work independently with structured, repetitive datasets

• Strong communication and follow-through skills

• Experience in call center or sales support environments is a plus

• Interest in future growth into Inside Sales or Sales Operations preferred
