Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00pm-2:00am

Location/Setting: Statham 30666

Age Range: Adult

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Patient 2

Schedule: Thurday/Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Location/Setting: Jefferson 30549

Age Range: Infant

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Patient 3

Schedule: Monday/Thurday/Friday 8:00pm-8:00am

Location/Setting: Monroe 30655

Age Range: Young Adult

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Qualifications   

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
