Shift: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
Pay: $25/hourly
What You'll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service to customers in both English and Spanish through in-person, phone, and email interactions
Process new service applications, account requests, and service orders
Assist customers with billing inquiries, account maintenance, payment processing, and service-related concerns
Receive and process payments, deposits, membership fees, and other account transactions
Research and resolve account discrepancies, billing adjustments, and service issues
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems
Prepare daily cash reports, bank deposits, reconciliation reports, and related accounting documentation
Input and verify customer information, meter readings, payments, and account updates
Assist customers with online account access, mobile app support, and self-service kiosk inquiries
Generate account-related correspondence, notices, forms, and customer communications
Support daily office operations while maintaining compliance with company procedures and controls
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and concerns
Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach in all customer interactions
What We're Looking For
Fluent bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish required
High School Diploma or GED required
Additional coursework or training in accounting, business, finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of one year of customer service, cashiering, banking, financial services, utility services, call center, or general office experience
Experience handling cash transactions, payment processing, and account reconciliation preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of billing, consumer accounts, or financial transactions preferred
Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
