Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding dealership experience
• Learn about each customer's needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Explain pricing, financing options, and available incentives
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
  
  

 Requirements:

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, banking, real estate, or another customer-facing role is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
