Meet Bruno, Our Hospital Mascot

Moreland Veterinary Hospital was founded by husband-and-wife team Drs. Bob and Kay Bruno. More than 37 years ago, Bruno came into their lives when his owner was unable to afford the care he needed. After nursing him back to health, Dr. Bob welcomed Bruno into the family.

When Moreland Veterinary Hospital opened, Bruno became a permanent resident and beloved hospital mascot.

Today, Bruno is known for:
  • Loving peanuts and spicy chips
  • Imitating meows
  • Chirping greetings to patients as they arrive

He's a cherished part of our culture and one of the many reasons our hospital feels like family.
