An established and rapidly growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at a high-volume import dealership in the South Atlanta market.
This is not a maintenance role this is a growth opportunity role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all fixed operations within the service department
- Drive service revenue, profitability, and absorption
- Coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Establish efficient processes, workflows, and KPIs
- Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategy during ownership transition
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Service Manager in a dealership environment (import brand experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Expertise in fixed ops financials, including gross profit, labor efficiency, and expense control
- Experience in high-volume service operations
- Familiarity with OEM standards and compliance
- Track record of driving revenue, absorption, retention and CSI at a high level
- Ability to hold advisors accountable and elevate technician production
- Strong understanding of KPIs, ELR growth, workflow, and capacity management
